Job Title: Service Writer

At VIP Auto LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Writer to join our team. As a Service Writer, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Consult with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Work closely with the Service Manager to achieve sales and execution targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve service quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of related experience in the automotive service field.
  • Completion of a 2-year college or technical school program is recommended.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong business sense and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ASE Certification C1- Service Consultant.
  • ASE Certification P2 - Parts Specialist.
  • ASE Certification G1 - Maintenance and light repair.
Work Environment:

The Service Writer will work in a fast-paced service department environment, interacting with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Physical Demands:

The Service Writer will be required to stand for long periods, lift up to 20 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will be able to meet the physical demands of the job and work in a safe and efficient manner.
