Become an integral part of our team at Baptist Memorial Health Care as a Pharmacist Specialist - Advanced Disease Center. In this role, you will be responsible for managing medication orders, processing and preparing sterile products for dispensing, and completing assigned goals. Your expertise in pharmacotherapeutic plan processes and participation in inter and intra-departmental committees will contribute significantly to our organization's success.

To succeed in this position, you will need a strong foundation in pharmacy practice, with a focus on medication management and collaboration with healthcare teams. A Doctor of Pharmacy (Ph.D.) or Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree is required, along with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience. You must also be licensed as a pharmacist in appropriate states and possess advanced communication skills, computer proficiency, and cognitive ability to interpret and assess written medication orders.

We offer a competitive salary of $125,000 per year, paid vacation/time off, continuing education opportunities, and a generous retirement plan.
