Pharmacist Lead Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist Float to join our team at Regional One Health. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing professional pharmacy services, including reviewing and interpreting medication orders, dispensing medications, and ensuring accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Provides clinical consultation and education to patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
- Monitors and interprets medication orders, ensuring accuracy and appropriateness
- Dispenses medications, including oral, external, intramuscular, and intravenous administration
- Maintains accurate patient profiles, including height, weight, medical history, and laboratory results
- Checks dosage for appropriateness in various patient populations, including neonates, infants, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
- Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy
- Licensed pharmacist in the state of Tennessee
- Experience in patient care, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
