Responsibilities

  • Ensure Guest Rooms are Clean and Comfortable: Change bed linen daily, vacuum carpeting, dust all furniture, and remove fingerprints and smudges.
  • Maintain a High Level of Cleanliness: Thoroughly clean the bathroom area, wash shower stall, sink, floor, toilet, etc.
  • Take Responsibility for Room Amenities: Ensure all lights, TVs, and air conditioners are turned off when leaving the room.
  • Assist Housekeepers as Needed: Collaborate with housekeeping staff to complete additional cleaning chores.

Requirements

  • Attention to Detail: Ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Discretion and Respect for Guest Privacy: Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of hotel guests.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Interact with guests in a pleasant and friendly manner.
