Our robust clientele demands a wide range of treatments and procedure options.

Role Overview

This part-time position, with potential for full-time, is for an Aesthetic Nurse Specialist and Aesthetic Injector located in Forest Lake, MN. As an Aesthetic Nurse, you will be responsible for performing non-invasive aesthetic procedures, injecting cosmetic treatments, and providing personalized treatment plans to clients through comprehensive consultations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer injectables such as neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport & Daxxify), dermal fillers, and other minimally invasive cosmetic treatments.
  • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their aesthetic goals and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records, ensuring proper charting and documentation of procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and advancements in aesthetic treatments.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
Requirements:
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license (bachelor's or masters degree preferred; NP's highly encouraged to apply).
  • Certification in aesthetic treatments and injectables preferred but not required.
  • Experience in performing cosmetic injectable procedures required, with a minimum of one year of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and skin care, with a focus on products such as iS Clinical, Epionce, Obagi, SkinCeuticals, and Revision.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to lead conversations and educate patients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Training Opportunity:

We are open to training the right candidate as a paid extern, providing formal training and mentorship. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with 5 years of nursing experience and a background in ambulatory clinical care.
