Executive Housekeeping Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Staybridge Suites Empire Mall in Sioux Falls, SD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate all housekeeping operations to ensure exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction
  • Train, mentor, and supervise housekeeping staff to maintain hotel standards
  • Develop and implement efficient cleaning procedures and schedules
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control
  • Resolve guest issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
  • Knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations
  • Quore, Opera, and IHG knowledge a plus
  • Bi-lingual a plus
