YOUR ROLE:

As a Lead Mitigation Technician, you will:

  • Oversee and guide technician teams to ensure timely project completion.
  • Maintain accurate job information and ensure daily updates are logged.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide progress updates and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and moisture levels.

QUALIFICATIONS:

We are looking for candidates with:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
