Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily activities including mobility, grooming, bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Support the safe use of mobility aids as instructed by healthcare professionals.
- Ensure a safe environment for clients by adhering to infection control protocols and reporting any hazards.
- Communicate any changes in patients' conditions to the Registered Nurse and interdisciplinary team members.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Valid CNA certification and CPR certification are mandatory.
- A minimum of six months of experience in a direct care role is preferred.
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance are necessary.
