Our company is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their goals and live their lives to the fullest, and we are seeking a talented Sales Manager to join our team in Wilkes-Barre, PA.
Your RoleAs a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
- Executing established sales processes to achieve robust revenue targets
- Managing all aspects of the sales cycle, including consulting, closing, and customer retention
- Analyzing sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities and areas for improvement
- Delivering engaging product consultations to convert leads to clients
- Promoting treatment packages through persuasive sales techniques and value propositions
- Coaching and developing team members to achieve sales goals and foster a positive work environment
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of experience in a commission-driven environment
- A proven track record of exceeding established sales goals and leading top-performing teams
- Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Strategic thinking and ability to anticipate client needs and provide proactive recommendations
- Ability to mentor and manage a team of two to five employees to peak performance
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Strong active listening skills
- Comfortable using various computer systems and software
