Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and review loan applications to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Obtain and verify necessary information and documents for loan processing
  • Prepare and assemble loan folders and documents for underwriting and closing review
  • Initiate orders for credit reports, appraisals, and other necessary documents
  • Provide excellent customer service to our members and borrowers
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred
  • Valid Driver's License
  • NMLS/MLO number required
  • Great organization and communication skills
  • Computer skills a must
