Position Responsibilities

  • Address and resolve customer feedback, inquiries, and suggestions.
  • Ensure the front counter is stocked, organized, and clean.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the box stocking area.
  • Regularly clean dining areas by wiping tables, sweeping floors, and disposing of trash.
  • Perform floor maintenance as needed, including mopping after closing.
  • Clean windows and doors to remove smudges and dirt.
  • Restock dining area supplies such as napkins, straws, and condiments.
  • Regularly clean soda machines during shifts.
  • Maintain cleanliness in public and employee restrooms throughout the shift.
  • Assist in food preparation and kitchen duties as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Ability to work with numbers accurately.
  • Possession of a Texas Certified Food Handlers Certificate is required.
  • Capability to follow instructions and meet objectives.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adhere to a schedule, arrive on time, wear the appropriate uniform, and work efficiently.
  • Effective communication skills with diverse clientele.

Education and Experience

A high school diploma or equivalent is advantageous but not mandatory.
