The receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors and residents. This position requires a courteous individual who can efficiently manage the switchboard and perform various clerical tasks with precision and timeliness.
As the first point of contact, you will interact with residents and their families, necessitating a high level of professionalism, sensitivity, and tact.
