Restaurant Manager Job Description

About the Role:

As a Restaurant Manager at Aspire - A Honest Pie, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. This includes maintaining administrative responsibilities, interviewing, hiring, training, and supervising staff while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain company and brand standards, food safety, sanitation, and hygiene requirements.
  • Control expenses relative to goals.
  • Participate in all location tasks and be available to work nights and weekends as needed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and hands-on skills, including multi-tasking, management, and leadership.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic math and accounting skills.
  • Able to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 45 pounds.
