Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding service to guests at all times.
- Welcome and register guests, ensuring their requests are accommodated whenever possible.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of reservation systems and procedures, including handling cancellations.
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins and checkouts with a friendly demeanor.
- Ensure accurate cash handling and maintain balanced cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- Communicate special requests and late checkouts to the housekeeping team.
- Handle incoming mail, phone calls, and messages for guests.
- Provide information regarding hotel services, local attractions, and travel directions.
- Process room charges and guest bills accurately, following company cash handling policies.
- Keep the Front Desk area organized, clean, and safe.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of hotel amenities, staff roles, and operational hours.
- Be well-versed in loyalty programs and current promotions.
- Exhibit professional telephone etiquette.
- Understand and implement emergency procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
