Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding service to guests at all times.
  • Welcome and register guests, ensuring their requests are accommodated whenever possible.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of reservation systems and procedures, including handling cancellations.
  • Efficiently manage guest check-ins and checkouts with a friendly demeanor.
  • Ensure accurate cash handling and maintain balanced cash drawers at the end of each shift.
  • Communicate special requests and late checkouts to the housekeeping team.
  • Handle incoming mail, phone calls, and messages for guests.
  • Provide information regarding hotel services, local attractions, and travel directions.
  • Process room charges and guest bills accurately, following company cash handling policies.
  • Keep the Front Desk area organized, clean, and safe.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of hotel amenities, staff roles, and operational hours.
  • Be well-versed in loyalty programs and current promotions.
  • Exhibit professional telephone etiquette.
  • Understand and implement emergency procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
