In the role of Senior Mission Technologies Specialist, you will leverage your comprehensive knowledge and proficiency in aerial logistics systems and operations, encompassing intra-service, joint, and mission partner missions, processes, and cultural dynamics. Your expertise will also encompass tactical datalinks, their integration, and the incorporation of new technologies into aircraft systems. You will utilize advanced consulting skills and industry acumen to direct research efforts and create detailed capability documents and supporting materials.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience collaborating with federal and Department of Defense (DoD) entities, particularly within the Air Force.
  • At least 5 years of experience with tactical datalinks and their integration, including Link-16, ICBS, and TTNT.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in researching technological solutions and trends to address operational challenges.
  • Experience in developing data visualizations and dashboards to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Possession of TS/SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Science, Computer Science, or Engineering.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with program management offices.
  • Experience in task leadership or project management, with an emphasis on Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to convey complex technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with a wide range of tactical data link protocols, including MIL-STD 6011, MIL-STD 6016, MIL-STD 6020, MIL-STD 3011, TCP/IP, serial, simple, and satellite standards.
  • Capability to collaborate with program offices, science and technology laboratories, and industry stakeholders to develop solutions.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field such as Science, Computer Science, or Engineering.

Clearance Requirements:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
