Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Corporate Learning & Development Specialist to join our team at Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about learning, development, and driving business impact.

About the Role:

The Corporate Learning & Development Specialist will be responsible for delivering high-quality learning programs to a diverse corporate audience. This includes supporting New Hire Orientation programs, managing logistics for learning sessions, producing virtual training sessions via Google Meet, and developing learning programs for soft skills and leadership. Additionally, you will create training manuals, guides, and course materials, curate third-party training materials, evaluate program effectiveness, and stay current with L&D industry trends.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of corporate learning programs
  • Manage logistics for learning sessions, including venue setup, audio-visual equipment, and participant registration
  • Produce high-quality virtual training sessions using Google Meet
  • Develop learning programs for soft skills and leadership development
  • Create training manuals, guides, and course materials
  • Curate third-party training materials to ensure relevance and quality
  • Evaluate program effectiveness through various methods, including feedback forms, surveys, and metrics analysis
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum

Qualifications:
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or a related field
  • Experience in facilitating or instructing others, preferably in a corporate setting
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage with all levels of management
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace products, including Google Meet and Google Drive
Preferred Skills:
  • Working knowledge of Articulate software, preferably Storyline 360
  • Experience with e-learning development, including design, development, and delivery
