We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented Learning and Development (L&D) Intern to join our team. This role will provide you with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate L&D and contribute to the success of our organization.
About the Role
The L&D department at Veolia WTS is dedicated to empowering employees with the knowledge and skills they need to excel in their roles. As an L&D Intern, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality learning programs to a diverse corporate audience. Your key responsibilities will include supporting New Hire Orientation programs, managing logistics for learning sessions, producing virtual training sessions via Google Meet, and assisting in developing learning programs for soft skills and leadership.
You will also have the opportunity to create training manuals, guides, and course materials, curate third-party training materials, evaluate program effectiveness, and stay current with L&D industry trends. Additionally, you will support e-learning creation and LMS administration.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree and experience in facilitating or instructing others. You should possess strong communication and influencing skills, as well as the ability to engage with all levels of management. Proficiency in Google Workspace products is also required.
Preferred Skills
Prior experience with e-learning development and working knowledge of Articulate software are preferred skills for this role.
