Job Title: Infotainment Engineer for Raymond, OH

At Tekshapers Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Infotainment Engineer to join our team in Raymond, OH. As an Infotainment Engineer, you will be responsible for software validation and verification activities for Infotainment projects and modules.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test cases and test scripts from requirements to ensure complete test coverage.
  • Automate and execute test scenarios using available automation tools.
  • Perform domain-specific testing, integration testing, stability testing, performance testing, and regression testing.
  • Conduct bench and vehicle testing and troubleshooting.
  • Identify and classify issues with log collection and report them in the issue tracking system.
  • Generate test execution reports with supporting artifacts.
  • Document and communicate test results.
  • Collaborate with peers, leads, and remote teams to ensure successful execution of test activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, Master's preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in software verification and validation, preferably in Vehicle Infotainment domains.
  • Experience in understanding system requirement specification, test requirement specification, and converting them to test cases.
  • Experience in Blackbox Testing, CAN/MOST experience preferred.
  • Ability to do hardware bench setup and analyze issues.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using JIRA, Confluence, Agile Scrum methodology, and Android test and debug tools.
