Financial Planning & Analysis: Oversee the regular forecasting, strategic planning, and analytical processes for designated business sectors.
Month-End and Quarter-End Support: Collaborate with the Cost Accounting team and the North American finance team to ensure accurate recording of essential activities in accordance with US GAAP, by engaging with business stakeholders to comprehend and effectively communicate the nature of business operations.
Strategic Business Collaboration: Cultivate relationships and establish trust as a finance business partner throughout the organization. Work alongside business stakeholders and FP&A colleagues to grasp business dynamics, translate them into financial strategies, and formulate actionable recommendations.
Reporting & Analytics: Generate and disseminate monthly and quarterly performance metrics for review with business and finance stakeholders. Assist in executive-level reporting initiatives. Contribute to the development of advanced reporting tools, data visualizations, and streamlined processes.
Facilitate financial analytics and support system implementations.
Drive Continuous Improvement – Promote ongoing enhancements in business processes, including both procedural and technological advancements.

Qualifications: Several years of pertinent experience in financial planning and analysis. Background in the multinational Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical sectors (preferred). Knowledge of accounting standards, practices, and internal controls. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal abilities, capable of resolving conflicts, fostering consensus, and drawing conclusions. Proactive, enthusiastic, and dynamic individual with a practical approach and adept at prioritizing responsibilities. Keen attention to detail and effective communication skills across all organizational levels. Intellectually inquisitive, self-driven, results-focused, collaborative, and comfortable navigating uncertainty. Proficient in MS Excel and/or various analytical tools. Familiarity with financial and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Hyperion Planning, Smart View, Anaplan. Education: Advanced degree in Economics, Finance, or related quantitative fields; CPA and/or CMA preferred.
