Integrity Technical Services, Inc. is actively seeking an Electrical Field Service Specialist to join our team. This role involves executing maintenance and repair tasks on equipment located at client-operated industrial sites. The specialist will be responsible for diagnosing both electrical and mechanical issues within heavy industrial manufacturing environments. It is essential to maintain accurate documentation, which includes logging hours worked, detailing services rendered, and utilizing computer systems effectively. Additionally, the role requires conducting safety inspections in compliance with OSHA regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on electrical systems.
  • Utilize strong mechanical skills to resolve equipment issues.
  • Document service activities and maintain records accurately.
  • Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Travel to various job sites, with potential overnight stays (up to 60% travel).
  • Work in diverse environments, both indoors and outdoors, regardless of weather conditions.
  • Operate at various heights, including catwalks and cranes.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting and documentation.
  • Engage effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess knowledge of NFPA 70E Arc Flash Protection standards.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial maintenance setting or relevant military experience.
  • Proficiency in motor control systems utilizing AC or DC power.
  • Ability to work well under varying conditions and adapt to changing environments.
  • Pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
