This is a rare opportunity to join a savvy and sophisticated General Contractor as a Senior Preconstruction Manager. With nearly 45 years of experience in building ground-up, renovations, and interior projects, our client has established itself as a leader in the industry.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Science, Structural or Civil Engineering, or equivalent technical training and experience combinations. A minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience in developing an understanding of Owner/Architect requirements and providing conceptual budgets to create GMAX proposals is essential.

You will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of managers, while maintaining a polished, professional demeanor to effectively communicate and present complex issues to management, customers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Your ability to interact with project owners, design consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders in a senior leadership role will be crucial to the success of this position.
