Position Overview:

The Customer Support Greeter is a part-time/on-call role dedicated to delivering exceptional service by guiding visitors and customers to their designated areas.


Reporting Structure:
This position reports directly to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor or higher management.

  • Welcomes and registers guests, notifies staff of arrivals, and directs individuals to their respective locations.
  • Provides general assistance and information to the public regarding safety protocols, policies, and general facility information.
  • Performs basic administrative tasks using standard office equipment, including photocopying, filing, and faxing.
  • Handles phone inquiries, transfers calls, and relays messages as necessary.
  • Keeps the workstation organized and conducts routine cleaning tasks.
  • Acts as a representative of the City of Casper, responding to inquiries from the public and staff in a professional and courteous manner while maintaining a positive service attitude.
  • Undertakes additional duties of a similar nature as required.
