About the Role:
- Job Summary: Provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with feeding.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Monitor and report any changes in client condition to management.
- Requirements:
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and move clients as needed.
