Medical Nutrition Specialist

As a Medical Nutrition Coordinator at Lincare Holdings, you will play a vital role in providing patient education and care. Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate patient adherence to physician orders and provide personalized support to ensure optimal health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide patient education and support to promote healthy eating habits and disease management
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop personalized care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with accreditation standards
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication
• Stay current with industry developments and best practices in nutrition and patient care
Requirements:
• One year of experience in home health care, hospital, clinic, or nursing home preferred
• Strong knowledge of nutrition and patient care principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
