KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Logistics Return Specialist, your essential duties will include:
  • Verifying returned products for accurate reason codes to ensure precise accounting reports.
  • Ensuring returned products meet temperature guidelines to maintain integrity.
  • Processing all documentation related to returns and adjustments for inventory and customer invoice accuracy.
  • Inspecting returned products for appropriate disposition and applying correct coding.
  • Executing end-of-day processes and reports, addressing any discrepancies.
  • Returning saleable products to designated slots when applicable.
  • Collaborating with drivers and transportation supervisors to resolve issues and identify training needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: A minimum of three years in warehouse and delivery procedures is necessary.

Skills:
Successful candidates will possess:
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong mathematical abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to manage complex tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Strong teamwork capabilities

Physical Requirements:
This role involves frequent sitting, standing, and walking, with occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs. Candidates must be able to operate a computer and perform filing tasks.

Compensation:
