Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Automation Test Manager to spearhead our quality assurance initiatives within the AML transaction monitoring domain. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Automation Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to enhance automation across the QA and testing processes.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee multiple testing teams while collaborating with cross-functional units.
  • Risk Analysis: Evaluate complex systems to determine testing needs and potential risks.
  • Test Suite Development: Design, implement, and sustain automated test suites for various testing levels, including unit, integration, and end-to-end.
  • Monitoring and Incident Management: Integrate observability into our solutions, monitor production health, and address incidents while identifying root causes of issues.
  • ETL Workflow Testing: Create and execute test cases for ETL workflows, ensuring data integrity and precision.
  • Mentorship: Guide team members in testing methodologies, automation techniques, and DevOps practices.
  • Training: Educate new QA personnel on our testing standards and methodologies.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to our engineering culture by sharing expertise and engaging with internal communities.
  • AML Product Support: Collaborate with top-tier AML products to assist end users effectively.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:

ETL Testing:
  • Deep understanding of ETL processes and methodologies.
  • Experience in validating data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
  • Proficient in SQL for data validation and database querying.
  • Ability to design and execute test cases for ETL workflows, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

DevOps Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
  • Understanding of cloud computing platforms, such as Azure.

Test Automation Expertise:
  • Experience in creating and maintaining automated test suites across various testing levels.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or Java for automation.
  • Ability to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of best practices for test automation, including test data management and scalability.

Test Management Skills:
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.
  • Strong leadership capabilities to manage testing teams and coordinate with various stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying testing strategies and results.
  • Ability to generate test reports and metrics.
  • Capacity to analyze complex systems and identify testing requirements.

General Qualifications:
  • Experience with industry-standard testing tools and suites.
  • Proficient in SQL, Unix, and Excel.
  • Interest in learning new technologies and practices.
  • Strong communication skills, including technical writing and presentations.
  • Familiarity with Actimize Transaction Monitoring systems is a significant advantage.
