Job Description

The Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant will play a vital role in our clinical team, working closely with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading clinic staff in providing excellent patient care and services
  • Guiding patient care through accurate chart completion, timely forwarding, and compliance with regulations
  • Implementing clinical protocols as outlined by CMO and Supervising Physicians
  • Maintaining behavior that is compliant with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements

Our ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a dedication to improving healthcare delivery in rural areas.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice
  • A Master's Degree in Nursing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and autonomous environment
