Job Title: Senior Advanced Practice Clinician

Estimated Salary Range: $140,000 - $180,000 per year

About the Role:

This senior-level position provides oversight and leadership for advanced practice providers and is responsible for providing technical expertise and supervising staff performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leadership and Supervision: Provides direction and guidance to advanced practice providers; develops and implements quality improvement initiatives.
  2. Clinical Expertise: Serves as a resource for complex patient cases and collaborates with physician colleagues to ensure high-quality patient care.
  3. Documentation and Communication: Ensures accurate and timely documentation of patient care in electronic medical records.
  4. Collaboration and Development: Participates in educational activities and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Currently licensed as an advanced practice nurse in the state of Georgia and certified as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
  • Minimum three years of direct experience in a high acuity clinical specialty and a minimum of four years of experience as an APP.
