Rural Healthcare Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Fast Pace Health. This role plays a crucial part in delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive and communicative environment.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading clinic staff, guiding patient care, and ensuring compliance with health regulations while fostering community involvement through outreach programs. Ideal candidates will have strong clinical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a dedication to improving healthcare delivery in rural areas.
Key Responsibilities- Lead clinic staff in behaviors, actions, and attitude to deliver excellent patient care
- Provide guidance to ensure quality professional services and patient satisfaction
- Implement clinical protocols as outlined by CMO and Supervising Physicians
- Maintain behavior compliant with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements
- Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on continued treatment and care
- Perform therapeutic procedures, including I&D, splinting, suturing, managing infection, and wound care
- Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice
- Masters Degree in Nursing
