Role Summary:
The Guest Sales Specialist plays a crucial role as the initial point of contact for our customers, both in-store and over the phone. This position involves engaging with customers, scheduling appointments, and building lasting relationships based on trust and understanding of their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete the comprehensive training program to master the CarX sales process.
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, responsible for understanding their needs and effectively communicating service options.
- Assist in various customer care tasks, including work order completion and register operations.
- Support management with opening and closing duties as a secondary key carrier.
- Adhere to all financial policies regarding cash, credit, and refunds while addressing customer service issues.
- Clearly communicate the full range of products and services offered by CarX.
- Collaborate with management to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized customer waiting area.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A valid Driver's License is necessary.
- At least one year of sales experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to write accurate sales work orders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Availability to work during days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
