We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Architect to join our team at GPAC. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for managing projects from concept to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects across various sectors, including Multi-Family, Residential, Commercial, Arts, Hospitality, Mixed-Use, Corporate, and Healthcare.
  • Take ownership of projects and lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with project designers and other stakeholders to ensure that projects meet the client's needs and expectations.
  • Manage project schedules, timelines, scopes, and documents to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders, including clients and senior management.

Requirements

  • AIA from an accredited Architecture program.
  • 5-10 years of professional experience in project management and architecture.
  • Currently licensed or seeking licensure as an architect.
  • Proven track record of managing projects from concept to completion.
  • Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and with outside consultants.
  • Technically competent and proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Self-motivated and passionate about delivering high-quality projects.
