Job Title: Data Architect

Job Summary:
Agile Defense is seeking a skilled Data Architect to design, implement, and manage our data architecture strategy. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data management principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead a team in developing robust data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the overall data architecture strategy aligned with business goals.
Design and implement scalable and efficient data models that support current and future business needs.
Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and compliance with industry regulations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define data quality standards and implement data validation processes.
Oversee the selection, deployment, and management of databases and other data storage solutions.
Lead the design and implementation of data integration solutions to facilitate seamless data flow across the organization.
Plan and execute data migration projects, ensuring minimal disruption and data consistency.

Requirements:
Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., CDMP, AWS Certified Big Data - Specialty).
IATII Certification (Security +) within 90 Days of Hire.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
10+ years proven experience as a Data Architect or in a similar role, in-depth knowledge of data modeling, database design, and data warehousing concepts, proficiency in SQL, NoSQL, and other database technologies.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, experience in data governance, compliance, and security best practices.
