We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Partner to join our team at Guided Living Senior Home Care. As a Care Partner, you will provide personalized care and support to elderly clients in their private homes, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Provide or assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Work cooperatively with clients and their families to understand their needs and preferences
- Share observations and changes in condition with the Nurse Care Manager
- Work under the direction and supervision of a Nurse Care Manager
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current CNA or Home Health Aide certificate
- At least 1 year of experience in home care, preferably with seniors
