Job Summary

Brentwood Center for Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information to ensure accurate and timely care.
  • Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed to promote optimal healing and comfort.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery and address the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents.
  • Supervise and guide Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care and promoting a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • A valid state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
