Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer service to internal and external customers, including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Create and update bookings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Arrange deliveries and pickups, schedule driver appointments, and assign customer bookings to designated vessels.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding vessel sailing schedules and operational requirements.
- Inform customers of applicable policies and regulations related to shipments.
- Reconcile yard inventory, resolve customer and vendor issues, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and correct Web and EDI bookings, process customer payments, and run and audit computer reports.
- Daily communication with other departments and provide support throughout the department.
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry/keyboarding and effectively perform additional duties as assigned.
- Associate's degree preferred.
- One to two years of customer service or billing experience, preferably in transportation.
- Excellent customer service skills, verbal and written communication skills, and good math skills.
- Good organizational skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- Computer literate, with proficiency in Windows and MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and E-service center & E-commerce web-based applications.

The salary range is $38,300 – $67,100, with an anticipated hiring range of $42,000 - $50,000, based on education, work experience, work location, and specific job duties.
As a full-time employee, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, employee assistance program, 401(k) with company match and discretionary funding, tuition reimbursement, supplemental parental leave, jury duty, and bereavement leave.
Full-time employees will receive a minimum of 10 days' vacation, 10 days sick, 10 days paid holidays, and one floating holiday every 12 months.
