Job Title: Chief of Staff

Continuum Co. is seeking a highly skilled Chief of Staff to support our CEO and Executive Management team. As a key leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategic direction and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the CEO and Executive Team to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive business growth and operational excellence.
  • Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment across departments and driving execution from inception to completion.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing expert-level guidance and support.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to provide insights that inform decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage executive-level meetings, including agenda setting, presentation preparation, and follow-up.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for executives.
  • Function as a liaison between the CEO and other departments, facilitating communication, coordination, and alignment on strategic priorities.
  • Manage the Corporate Office, including organizing filing systems, ordering office equipment and supplies, and planning corporate team activities.
  • Represent the CEO and the company in external meetings, conferences, and other engagements as needed.
  • Manage confidential data, including sensitive business, financial, and personnel information.
  • Lead and Coordinate Special/Strategic Projects.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in management consulting or strategy.
  • Previous experience in a Chief of Staff or Executive Assistant role.
  • Experience handling confidential information and adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Impeccable time management skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills. Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Expert-level capabilities in using Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
