Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at American Telephone and Telegraph Company. As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized interactions with customers, delivering excellent customer service and sales support.
  • Be knowledgeable of our products and services, and effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Meet key objectives and sales goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with curbside delivery, online orders, and prospecting efforts to attain new customers.
  • Maintain store inventory, basic sanitizing procedures, and the merchandising of products.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to problem solve on the spot.
  • Experience in retail or customer-facing sales, or willingness to learn and develop skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
