As a Residential Sales Advisor, you will guide prospective homebuyers through the exciting journey of homeownership, navigating them through the LGI Homes sales process.

Compensation and Benefits:
Residential Sales Advisors enjoy unlimited earning potential with comprehensive training, the highest commissions in the industry, and additional perks such as a paid vehicle and phone allowance, along with a robust bonus structure.

No prior real estate experience is required, as we provide extensive training to ensure your success with our sales methodology.

- A proven track record in sales.

- Excellent communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
- A willingness to work weekends.
- Experience in a commission-based sales role is preferred.
- A valid driver's license.

Compensation Details:
Total compensation ranges from $222,450 to $556,700+ with uncapped potential.
Commission structure includes:
- 2.5% commission on all closed sales under $500,000.
- 2.0% commission on all closed sales over $500,000.
Additionally, a recoverable draw of $12,000 per quarter is available, compared against commissions earned.
Bonus Structure:
Bonuses are awarded at each level of units closed within a calendar year, ranging from $5,000 to $30,000 based on performance.
Paid Training:
Enjoy 100 days of Training Pay totaling $13,000, equivalent to $48,000 annually, paid bi-weekly.
Other Benefits:
A monthly car allowance of $250 and a phone allowance of $100 are also included.
*Compensation includes Commission + Bonus + Car & Phone Allowance, based on performance metrics.
