Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our Field Services Team as an Athletic Trainer/DME Field Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support in an orthopedic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide routine customer service to patients, physicians, and clinical staff.
  • Responsible for application, education, and appropriate use/care of orthopedic soft goods, functional bracing, and bone growth stimulators.
  • Perform inventory management and participate in required audits.
  • Verify patient benefits using automation tools and collect patient responsibility.
  • Serve as a liaison between the customer, Enovis, and the Sales Team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience with direct patient care, preferably in an orthopedic, physical therapy, or athletic training environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Must satisfy third-party credentialing/screening requirements to gain access to hospital accounts.
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License and current automobile insurance.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Holds and maintains applicable professional credentials, such as active Athletic Training licensure, Board of Certification (BOC), American Board for Certification (ABC) Certified Fitter-orthotics (CFo), Physical Therapy Certification (PTA), or related.

Work Environment:

This role involves potential exposure to airborne and bloodborne pathogens. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Travel requirements include up to 20% of the time, but overnight travel is not required.
