Your Role

As a Framework Specialist, you will be integral to our mission, working to develop and implement effective commercial strategies that minimize value loss and guarantee contract fulfillment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting multiple strategic sourcing initiatives within the designated portfolio, collaborating with stakeholders to analyze and optimize demand.
  • Managing the entire tender process, from supplier engagement to contract award, ensuring procurement practices are exemplary and value-driven.
  • Identifying future needs and establishing robust forecasting methods to enhance the value of procured goods and services.
  • Partnering with the Framework Manager to ensure the successful execution of contracted activities, continuously seeking improvement opportunities through supplier and stakeholder engagement.
  • Leading the commercial aspects of supplier contracts, providing expertise to maximize contract efficiency and value.
  • Researching market trends and supplier capabilities to inform the Global/Supplier Development teams.
  • Contributing to the development and execution of category strategies, offering specialized commercial support and sharing best practices across teams.
  • Exemplifying procurement excellence and mentoring colleagues to ensure the adoption of best-in-class methodologies.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Extensive experience in strategic sourcing.
  • A solid understanding of project management principles, with a proven track record of managing multiple framework activities effectively.
  • Experience in establishing, negotiating, and overseeing supplier contracts.
  • Strong customer management skills, with a history of influencing stakeholders and partner organizations.
  • The ability to analyze KPIs and contract data to manage performance and support senior-level commercial decision-making.
