About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Specialist to join our team at Purofirst Fire & Water Restoration. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality restoration services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure, mark, and cut panels according to the scope of work using tape measures, straight edges, utility knives, and power saws.
  • Secure and hang panels with glue, nails, screws.
  • Patch, trim, and smooth out any rough edges or spots.
  • Apply tape and sealing compound as needed.
  • The ability to match existing texture is essential.
  • Sand areas as necessary for a smooth, seamless finish.
  • Prepare and paint walls and other surfaces as directed by the scope of work.
  • Familiarity with minor electrical work.
  • The ability to complete minimal plumbing tasks correctly.
  • Experience with varying types of finish work.
  • Experience with plumbing.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific tools is required.
  • Ability to lift 80 pounds.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality restoration services.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
  • Pass a satisfactory background screening and pre-employment drug screening.
