Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Transmission Builder to join our team in Aston, PA. As a Transmission Builder, you will be responsible for assembling high-performance and racing Powerglide and Turbo 400 Transmissions.

Key Responsibilities
• Assemble high-performance and racing transmissions, including Powerglide and Turbo 400 models
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
• Troubleshoot and repair transmission issues, utilizing knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production objectives and improve quality
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
• Participate in continuous learning and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience building transmissions
• Knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting procedures
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
