As a Front Desk Agent at SpringHill Suites Anaheim Resort/Convention Center, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless stay experience for our valued guests. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Register guests and process check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner
- Provide accurate and timely information to guests regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay
- Operate the front desk computer system and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service and resolve any issues that may impact the guest experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is a plus
- Previous experience in a hotel or related field is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
