Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our team at Nara Hotels, Inc. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless stay experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Register guests, manage reservations, and provide information about rooms, rates, and amenities
  • Perform check-in and check-out tasks, including verifying credit card data and collecting necessary information
  • Welcome guests upon arrival, assign rooms, and provide information about our hotel and its services
  • Respond to client complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are clean and tidy
  • Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers
  • Upsell additional facilities and services when appropriate
  • Maintain updated records of bookings and payments

Requirements

  • Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role
  • Experience with hotel reservations software, such as Opera and RoomKeyPMS
  • Understanding of travel planning websites, like Booking and TripAdvisor
  • Customer service attitude, excellent communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school or equivalent
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Customer Service experience
