Hotel Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our team at Nara Hotels, Inc. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless stay experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Register guests, manage reservations, and provide information about rooms, rates, and amenities
- Perform check-in and check-out tasks, including verifying credit card data and collecting necessary information
- Welcome guests upon arrival, assign rooms, and provide information about our hotel and its services
- Respond to client complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are clean and tidy
- Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers
- Upsell additional facilities and services when appropriate
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
Requirements
- Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role
- Experience with hotel reservations software, such as Opera and RoomKeyPMS
- Understanding of travel planning websites, like Booking and TripAdvisor
- Customer service attitude, excellent communication, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- High school or equivalent
- Microsoft Office experience
