Position Overview
As a Clinical Nursing Supervisor for the Critical Care Unit, you will oversee the nursing care delivered to patients within the unit. Your role is crucial in maintaining high standards of service excellence and nursing practice.

Key Responsibilities
- Direct and manage nursing staff to ensure quality patient care.
- Develop and implement evidence-based policies, procedures, and workflows.
- Handle staffing, budget management, and expense control.
- Foster ongoing development and education for nursing personnel.
- Engage in performance improvement initiatives and human resource management.
- Supervise, assess, mentor, and provide guidance to nursing staff in their roles.

Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Required)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Required)
- Master's Degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field (Preferred)

Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical specialty (Required)
- At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role within a clinical setting (Preferred)

Licenses/Certifications:
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Required)
- BLS - Basic Life Support (Required)
- RN-LIC - Registered Nurse License (Required)

Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
