Healthcare Assistant Lead

We are seeking a skilled Caregiver to provide quality care to our elderly residents at Aegis Living Greenwood. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and support to our residents.
Responsibilities:- Assist residents with activities of daily living such as dressing, grooming, eating, and bathroom needs.
- Support residents with walking to and from meals and activities.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Demonstrate a passion for helping others and improving their quality of life.
- Excel in a team-based environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and residents.
- Maintain resident confidentiality and respect their privacy.
- Possess a willingness to learn and grow, or hold an active CNA or HCA license.
- Be willing to undergo a 2-step TB test.
