Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Maintenance Team:
Provide direction, mentorship, and performance assessments to cultivate a high-performing team.
Design and execute preventative and predictive maintenance strategies to enhance equipment reliability and lifespan.
Work closely with the existing Plant Manager to comprehend and contribute to strategic objectives at the site.
Act as the main point of contact between corporate headquarters and the site for the implementation of additional manufacturing capabilities.
Focus on KPIs that pertain to operational efficiency, reduction of downtime, and management of costs.
Oversee capital expenditure initiatives from inception through validation and completion, ensuring compliance with budgetary and timeline constraints.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering
Experience in maintenance management, project management, and process engineering within an industrial manufacturing environment
2-3 years of leadership experience
Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
