**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our dynamic and passionate team. As an Electrician at Genz Ryan, you will work on a variety of electrical projects, including repairs, installations, and replacements. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Complete electrical in-home calls and repairs, installs, and replacements of electrical circuits, equipment, and appliances
* Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies
* Promote continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices
* Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business
* Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

**Ideal Qualifications:**

* Licensed Journeyman level in the state of MN required
* Current/Valid Driver's License (No Drug Test Required)
* Proven track record in electrical techniques, including electrical hardware, junction boxes, and circuit breaker units
* Ability to read blueprints
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Team-oriented, highly motivated, self-starter
* Willing and able to accept and embrace change
