Position: Electrical Installer
Location: Winter Park
Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6 AM to 4:30 PM
Compensation: $18.00 per hour or more based on experience

Job Overview:
  • Execute various tasks necessary for the fabrication of wiring harnesses and the installation of components, circuit modules, relays, diodes, and harnesses across diverse assemblies and chassis units for electronic and electromechanical products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality control repairs and rework as needed.
  • Follow verbal and written instructions effectively.
  • Maintain a strong attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Prioritize tasks to meet production objectives.
  • Foster cooperative working relationships with team members.
  • Adhere to safety standards within the assigned department.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace.
  • Comply with all quality assurance and quality control standards.
  • Follow the company’s rules of conduct and attendance policies.
  • Handle hazardous waste properly and ensure it is disposed of in designated containers.
  • Keep all satellite and storage containers securely closed unless in use.
  • Be knowledgeable about the Hazardous Waste Contingency Plan.
  • Understand spill response procedures and evacuation routes.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
