About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team at Colliers. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of commercial building operations, including financial activities, tenant relations, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors.
  • Respond to tenants' needs in a timely manner to meet lease obligations.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all office visitors.
  • Monitor and respond to incoming service tickets.
  • Manage training room reservations.
  • Program and monitor access database.
  • Order and stock office supplies.
  • Organize and complete service contracts as needed.
  • Tenant communications and keeping updated contact information.
  • Administrative work for vendor and tenant COIs and compliance.
  • Assist with annual fire drill compliance.
  • Provide administrative assistance to all Colliers and ownership visitors.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in property management, commercial or residential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel).
  • Familiarity with real estate software such as Yardi, MRI, etc.
  • Strong customer service background.
